 The walk through metal detector TS-WD3300 ( LCD, 33 zone ) modular design allows for a quick and easy assembly of its 4 sub-assemblies using only 8 screws and 3 internal electrical connections. This can easily be done in situ by two people.

Adjustable sensitivity for each zones: Each zone has 100 sensitivity level (0 to 99). Pre-set the size of the metal objects, can be avoid the false alarms such as coins, buttons, jewelry, belt buckles 

and ect.

Digital pulse technology: Digital signal processing filter systems, have excellent anti-jamming capability.

Password protection: Only enter the correct password; you can set the sensitivity and other parameters. Password is 4-digits, it can be set by the user.

1.When installation, the IR doesn’t count:

1.Check if the left and right door probe in the mainframe full seated. 

2.Check if there are infrared interference around the left and the right door. Such as infrared surveillance, infrared remote control (when pressing the button), Sunshine irradiation outside.

3.If the above 1 , 2 both no problem, please replace the infrared head.

2.The reasons for fales when install the metal detector: 

1.When frequent false occurs while testing after installing, frist,take a look at the surrounding, and check if there is any moving 

or still large metal objects in 1.5 meters. If yes, try to put the metal detector door as far as you can. By the way, check if the wind

 is shaking the metal detector door. If yes, install it in another place or take precautionary.

2. If not the environmental factors cause the false, please reduce the sensitivity of the district and see if the false times reduce. If the false still very frequency, try the below methods;

A.If the voltage is within the normal range, it is necessary to change the frequency of oscillation. Change the frequency can shift

 interference, and test the metal detector door again. 

B. Check if there is frequency equipment working around the metal detector door. Such as elevators for loading frequency 

equipment, Injection molding machine and ect. These devices will cause serious serious interference to the metal detector 

door. 

c.If the above method still don’t help you to handle the noise, please change another place for installation. Most of the time, it 

will deal with interference issues.
