After Sale Service

We provide 12-month guarantee for all of our products. Any defective products within guarantee period will be repaired with free spare parts or replaced with new free units. After we confirm the defective products, free spare parts or free units will be shipped to destination market with cargo of the next second order.

How do I purchase your goods?
You can browse our website www.szshz.com.cn, and find out which model you are interested in. Then, send us an enquiry by email to luckychen@szshz.com.cn. After receiving your mail, we would reply you within a day and send you quotation. When you agree with the price, you can have order directly with us by email. You would get our goods within said delivery period. 
 
How long is the lead time?
Generally speaking, lead time is around 30 days.

 

How can I get a sample from you ?

After you confirm the sample, we will send you one Proforma Invoice with product unit price, as well as freight cost. Then you need to pay for the sample and courier, and we will send the sample by express.

 

How to install the products?

We have different installation instruction for different models. After you get sample from us, you can refer to the instruction.

 

What is your payments terms?

We accept two kinds of following payment terms.A. T/T 30% deposit before delivery, 70% balance against BL copy.B. Letter of Credit at sight

 

What is your main market?

Our main markets are Europe and South America. 69% of our products are sold to European countries, mainly including Scandinavian area, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, The Netherland

 

What kind of product approvals and certificates do you have?

Well, we have CE, RoHS, SGS, Eup, REACH approvals for European market, FCC, for USA market, and C-TICK, SAA for Austrilian market. Additionally, our factory are successfully certified with ISO9001:2008.
